My Ikigai on behalf of 5* hotels in Paros, Santorini, Mykonos, Zakynthos, Ios and Crete is conducting the screening and interviewing process, in pursuit of experienced F&B Supervisors, for their a la carte fine dining restaurants. This is a seasonal position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) are constantly followed and in the right way by all team members of his/her shift, aiming to achieve the highest guest satisfaction.
- Supervising, coordinating guiding and motivating all F&B Service employees of his/her shift towards guests’ satisfaction.
- Monitoring guest satisfaction, addressing complaints, and ensuring timely resolution of any issues to maintain a high standard of service.
- Ensuring that all F&B facilities are properly cleaned, properly stocked (with the right supplies and in the right quantity and quality) and in good condition and functionality. The same applies for all F&B Service equipment as well.
- Monitoring and maintaining the minimum stock of the F&B supplies and consumables, to ensure the guests’ satisfaction and a smooth and uninterrupted operation of the F&B outlets that are under his/her responsibility, Placing supplies orders.
- Assisting with the scheduling of staff, ensuring proper coverage during peak and off-peak hours.
- Handling guest requests and providing recommendations on menu items, beverages, and services to enhance the overall dining experience.
- Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and food regulations, maintaining a safe environment for guests and staff.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism Management, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position in a 5* hotel.
- Excellent knowledge of English language.
- Very good knowledge of wines, spirits and coffee.
- Excellent use of MS Office and relevant hotel POS (Preferably Micros).
- Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices (HACCP certification).
- Strong interpersonal skills, team player, flexibility, problem-solving and guest orientation.
